Order Fulfillment
Free shipping & USPS Priority: Most orders are filled & shipped by the warehouse in 1-2 business days. During busy shopping seasons, some orders may take 3 days to fill and ship.
Expedited shipping (FedEx): Orders are filled and shipped same day if received by 12:00 pm EST (M-F).
Transit Times (Contiguous 48 States)
All orders are shipped from Michigan.
Free Shipping: 2-7 business days for destinations in the contiguous 48 States. Hawaii, Alaska and US territories will take longer.
Expedited shipping: FedEx 2-day (by 8pm on the second day); FedEx Standard Overnight (by 8pm next day)

Most orders are filled and shipped by our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
Shipping Times
Average transit time to non-US destinations is 7-10 business days. Canada might be a little faster than the average, but certain countries could take up to 21 business days depending on distance from the US and/or local import processes.
Customs
Most packages quickly clear Customs in the destination country. However, Customs processes and clearance times vary widely even within the same country and could cause total delivery time to exceed 21 business days for the standard shipping option. For that reason, Libertad and its shipping partners cannot be responsible for delays and can only offer delivery estimates, not guarantees.
For all basic shipping services, US Post & Asendia partner with in-country postal services (e.g. Australia Post, Deutsche Post, etc.) for delivery.
Tracking updates from these services is incomplete and cannot be compared to step-by-step tracking from couriers like FedEx and DHL. At times, the only updates given are upon package pickup and then delivery.
If there is a lengthy delay in shipping (more than 28 days), the likely delay is caused by the individual country's Customs department. The best thing to do is to contact your local post office with your tracking number. This often results in the release of 80% of delayed parcels.
Germany
Please note that German Customs usually clears packages for delivery within 1-week. However, some packages can be kept at the Frankfurt office for 5-6 weeks.
FedEx
There is rarely any delay with FedEx and step-by-step updates are provided.
Free shipping to non-US addresses is available for orders of USD 200+. This covers outbound shipping only and does not include customer shipping costs for refunds/exchanges.
If items are returned for a refund and the final order is less than USD 200, the refund amount will deduct the cost of outbound shipping.
Canada Only
Free outbound shipping (US to Canada). For returns/exchanges, the customer pays for shipping back to Libertad (Canada to US) and Libertad will pay for replacement item shipping (US to Canada).
Refused Delivery & Delivery Error
If the customer refuses delivery; entered an incorrect address and causes a delivery error; does not respond to delivery notices from the courier; and/or fails to receive or retrieve the package the customer will receive a refund only after the shipment is returned and arrives at the origin in good condition. Additionally, all costs related to order fulfillment; restocking; and 2-way shipping will be deducted from the refund under these circumstances.
Please note that local post offices return shipments via the most cost effective method. This means it is the slowest and without tracking. Therefore, refunds could be delayed for a long, indefinite period.
If you live in a country that taxes consumer items from the US, then your Customs office will tax your order. Libertad does not include non-US duties, fees or sales tax in the price.
We know from experience that local Customs offices do not consistently apply the same rate even from within the same country and/or province. So, it is the responsibility of the customer to know exactly how much they will be taxed by their local Customs authority.
If the customer refuses to pay the import fees, Libertad will not issue a refund until the order arrives at our warehouse in good condition. Refused items can take 1 to 12 months to be returned depending on the country and the courier. In these cases, Libertad will only refund the invoice amount less shipping and any additional fees applied by the courier.
Refund of Taxes
If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be eligible for a refund of taxes from your Customs department. Fill out the necessary paperwork with the courier prior to shipping the item(s) back to Libertad.
Avoid Double Taxation on Exchanges
If you are returning your item(s) for an exchange, inform you courier and fill out the required paperwork to avoid being taxed on the replacement item when it arrives from the US.
